Family Constellations is a powerful and grace-filled tool to help unravel old toxic patterns and breathe new life and new possibilities into one’s present and future.

You are invited to get familiar with Family Constellations and play with the tool.  

Feel free to do some Mini-Constellations on any issues that arise this week.

Feel free to create an “Ancestor Shrine” if you like, find old photos of your parents and blood family or just use representations; and speak to your family members, say whatever there is to say, allow yourself to process whatever emotions arise; it will help you to get complete with your family.

If appropriate, just end with these kind of closing statements:

“Family — please look kindly upon me as I choose a different way.

Family — please look kindly upon me as I unfold my own path ~

Family — please look kindly upon me as I honor myself and fully live out my own life and destiny…”
